Bia has been involved with art in São Paulo for a long time. She has a degree in Architecture and also does work as a photographer and designer. Since 1999 she works as a professional vocalist for local bands, such as Night Fever, 80 por Hora, Quasimodo, Nabucodonosor and Bellatrix. Bia joined Over C in 2007.
Alexandre Puga - Bass
In 2003, Alex wrote the song Shock Me, Baby for the soundtrack of independent movie No Pain, No Gain. He took this opportunity to create Over C. In 2006, Alex met composer Roney Giah. Together, they wrote the rest of the songs which appear on Over C’s first CD.
Heraldo Paarmann - Guitar
Heraldo started playing guitar at age 12. He has a bachelor’s degree in Music
from Alcântara Machado Art School in São Paulo; where he studied with
Mozart Mello for two years. He writes articles for music publications, such
as “Cover Guitar”, “Guitar Class” and “Backstage”.
During 11 years, he was the guitar player for Ultraje a Rigor, a well established
rock band in Brazil.
He owns Kromaton Studio, where he is also the producer. Heraldo teaches guitar and
music theory.
Fred Barion - Drums
Music has been a part of Fred’s life since childhood, when he already appreciated
classical music. At age 13, he got a taste for rock music and started studying drum
with Raimundo Vígna. Since then, he has played with bands such as: Pompéia,
Led Zeppelin Cover, Crocodile Jack (where he recorded a CD), Base Marte, and Ledness.
He joined Over C along with Bia, in 2007.
